The name of our company is Voila Caterers, and we chose it for a couple of different reasons. It literally means an exclamation of “there it is,” and we endeavor to make our guests say “wow” when they see that we present to them. The other reason why our name is appropriate is because it is a French word, and we are considered to be the premier French Caterers in Manhattan.

French Menu Options

We have many different dishes on our menu that originate from France, which many people consider to be the home of the greatest chefs in the world. That is a fair suggestion, but we are the top French caterers in NYC, and we feel as though our culinary artists are up to their standards. Quiche is one of our specialties, and we have many options to choose from. Here’s a partial list:

  • Quiche Lorraine with sautéed onions, gruyere, and applewood smoked bacon
  • Leek confit and goat cheese with fresh herbs
  • Ratatouille and goat cheese with basil pesto and Meyer lemon zest
  • Smoked pork belly with greens and smoked gouda cheese

Quiche is just one of the items that is associated with France on our menu. We are known as the best French caterers in NY when it comes to stationary platters. Our signature French platter includes duck Armagnac, country pate, pheasant herb terrine, and vegetarian pate, and it is served with cornichons and toasted baguette rounds. These are handful of our French offerings, but there are many others.

Mediterranean Food

We are well-rounded Manhattan European caterers, so in addition to our French creations, we are also considered to be one of the top Mediterranean catering companies in NYC. Though hummus is not originally a Mediterranean food, it has come to be known as a Mediterranean stable. We make delicious hummus with grilled naan, creations like an olive medley with garlic comfit, kale pesto with pecans, grilled eggplant and pomegranate, and several others.

The French stationary platter that we have explained is a sight to behold, but we are among the best Mediterranean catering companies in Manhattan when it comes to our stationary dish. It includes baba ganoush, plain and roasted pepper hummus, and tomato basil bruschetta, and it is served with toasted pita chips and garlic herb baguette rounds.
